To better troubleshoot machine-specific problems, with the release of v57 we launched a new tool to gather logs from our users. This tool is available for both paid and free customers of CloudReady.
To collect the logs on your CloudReady device, follow these simple steps:
1. Type chrome://cloudready-logs/ in the URL bar of your CloudReady browser.
2. Describe the problem you encountered in a designated field at the top of the page.
3. Make sure that the "Upload logs to Neverware" box is ticked, and click "GATHER LOGS". This will send the logs directly to us for analysis. You may opt out of uploading the logs, and keep them for your own use, by leaving the box un-ticked.
Attention to our paid customers - the logs will be available to you on the Downloads page at your my.neverware.com account.
The goal behind this feature is to tighten the feedback loop between us and customers experiencing issues.
If we can better understand your problem and collect your logs all at once, we can better reproduce and more quickly resolve any graphics, WiFi or other high priority problems.
