After going into the options, I can see the Boot Order and the OS Boot Manager is first, I can choose CloudReady and it does boot into it however I'm not able to get the GRUB screen up to show the launcher.

Any idea how this can be reinstated?

    Just reinstall CloudReady.

Unfortunately, Windows updates are every-changing and, since they are designed with full-machine-ownership in mind, they don't follow any specific contract or constraint-set that we know of. This means that a Windows update can potentially ruin the GRUB config we have set in Windows Boot manager at any time

Ah annoying. It took a whole day to install cloudready because of all the permissions I had to grant. Is there no way to just reinit the launcher?

    The cloudready instance is there.

There definitely may be something you could do, but I'm afraid I don't understand Grub or the WIndows Boot Manager well enough to comment, and both are integral to the process.
