I have had this issue occur also.
There are many posts here about it, but I don't see a solution. I think I know what the issues is though.
1. Time is correct in BIOS, Windows and set to correct timezone.
2. Boot into Cloudready and time is off. Time Zone is set to PACIFIC on install. You change to the right time zone and the time is correct in Cloudready.
3. Boot to windows and time is off by initial timezone difference.
4. Repeat ad infinitum.
It seems that Windows and Cloudreay approach the time issue in completely opposite ways.
Cloudready sets your BIOS to GMT time, then displays a time based on the Time Zone Setting.
Windows gets the GMT time, takes the offset, then sets your BIOS time to the local time.
I hate to side with microsoft on anything, but in this case, they are using a more logical approach.
