    Hi,

There are two possibilities here -

    1) The CloudReady dualboot install completed successfully, and you can access the CloudReady install using the one-time boot menu, or by adjusting the boot order to adjust to other boot entries on the same disc (one will be the OS-picker CloudReady installed).

    2) The dualboot install failed, somehow, and there is no OS to boot from so the device goes for the Windows install

I'd recommend you try experimenting first with whatever options you have in the BIOS to see if different boot options will open CloudReady.

If that doesn't work try to reinstall CloudReady in dualboot mode (it should re-use the same 32GB space on the HDD). After the reinstall, if the problem persists, you can boot into the installer again, but this time log in and send us logs by visiting chrome://cloudready-logs . We can see what the install log says from there.

    Thanks for your advices.

For your first advice. I tried almost everything I can do  in the boot-menu options, but still can see any option to boot into cloudready.

There is no entry to boot into cloudready.

So I think the installation failed.

I tried to reinstall, but the result is nothing really changed. The same 32GB of storage is still "unallocated".

I would try to send you the time log.

I tried to send you the logs, but I am stuck here.

1). When I use the USB installer to boot into cloudready, the OS can't run for more than 2 mintues(measured once) which I don't know why. It will shut down to reboot automatically, which will terminate the uploading process.

2). I am Chinese, and you know...Because of the Great Firewall built by the government, I have to use a VPN to communicate with you like now. But the cloudready OS can't install any android apps(VPN apps), so I can't send you the logs through cloudready OS.

Is there a way to save the log file so I can send you manually?
