    Hi,

I don't have any solutions for you on your Windows USB, except to confirm that the USB works still, today, on some other machine to confirm that it still works as you expect, and to research whether your Acer 4720z is compatible with Win10 (the chipset and gpu are somewhat old - perhaps it isn't supported on Win10).

if you want to instead try to keep using CloudReady:

    1) You can uninstall the zoom Chrome App and instead, when clicking zoom links, join from a browser. This may provide a more stable experience

    2) You can probably get mic input from a usb microphone/headset if you need a workaround

The main problem is that I have a connected microphone Jack and the built in does not work. And zoom meeting via web is crashing too

You should be able to change the mic you're targeting via the system tray (click the clock, click the arrow to the right of the volume slider, and then select a mic) and/or via the zoom audio settings menu. Have you tried that and seen it fail?

Around the crashing - can you share a screenshot of what happens when it crashes on the web? Or a copy/paste of the error log/messages you see?

Tried it and seen it fail( microphone). I even tried my headphones but it did not work.

And about the zoom crashing I am not able to take a screenshot or even click a photo because it is so quick that it crashes and the app reboots again. I can only explain what it looks like. While attending a zoom meeting as you know there are various participants, just as I joined the meeting there is a white screen in the zoom application listing some commands.

Hi Daksh - Can you update to v87.3 to see if that helps?

    Hi Daksh

    1) Plz go to Settings > About CloudReady and confirm what version you are on for us

    2) When you write

" I can only explain what it looks like. While attending a zoom meeting as you know there are various participants, just as I joined the meeting there is a white screen in the zoom application listing some commands."

That sounds to me liek the behavior that would be happening when the zoom app is installed. Can you specify how it is different when you try via the browser? (Note that after uninstalling the zoom app, if you click a link to a zoom meeting, it will prompt you to reinstall the app. You need to ignore that prompt and click "join from your browser" on that page instead)
