Ilya G I can't test Netflix myself, but obviously a big issue if not working for many users.

Media plugins should be in settings
see bottom
https://guide.neverware.com/install-and-setup/home-edition/
If media plugins not showing that could be issue.
Maybe TPM issue, look for TPM in BIOS and try changing setting.
Have tried in guest browsing mode?

I'm getting the same error code from Netflix on my Asus CN60 with new firmware. Apparently the version of Chrome browser in Cloudready is out of date. We'll have to wait for Neverware to provide v90 or v91.
Chromium
Version 89.0.4389.130 (Official Build) (64-bit)To see if your device is up to date, go to CloudReady Settings -
Cloudready Version 89 has included media plugin in default.
Patch note
https://www.neverware.com/blogcontent/2021/05/11/update-cloudready-v894-released
There is no install media plugin option in settings now.

Yikes I find it hard to believe Netflix are that strict on being that up to date.
I only got 91 on my Lenovo Flex 5 Chromebook today, amazed if Netflix are that tight to updates.
Many normal users will not have 91 for one reason or another, this would cause havoc for more than CR users.

Maybe it's the media plugins that are out of date?!?!
Anyhow their website says viewing via HTML 5 only needs Chrome 88 or later

Kamal Singh what is your device that you have CR installed on?
2 Users so far who also getting are on Chromebooks, would be useful to know if you are on PC, Mac or Chromebook? would help to identify if possible TPM / Firmware issue.

Definitely, most likely not us:
"Thank you, we got all the info we need and thanks for reporting this to us. Our research team already had all the information needed for them to investigate further on your issue, we don't have any time frame for the fix of the issue but rest assured that our research team is investigating this further.
If our research team would need more examples or information on this issue they would reach out to you through email, but if they don't need another example just check on this from time to time and use a working device as of the moment."
So good thing I've got an Apple TV and Roku Express in the house...

Yikes you guys really can't get ya chill on without that Netflix for sure ...
Neverware are much better than messing this up I think anyway.
SpacePiggy is it just my Roku device or do the batteries in remote get drained real quick on yours too? much faster than any remote I've used before.

The main use for my Asus Chromebox with Cloudready is streaming, its back up to my Apple TV3 which doesn't get several channels. My wife uses the Roku Express.
Roku uses two kinds of remotes: WiFi for some boxes, and IR for others. You need to search their web site to determine which.
I'll guess your remote is WiFi. It would drain batteries much faster than IR. Look for WiFi hotspots with "DIRECT-roku" in the name. It will vampire on the same channel as your router uses, slowing down your network. If you change the channel, it will hop over to the new channel. Since the remote is in the same room as the Roku box it will cause some slowdown. It boosts its signal to make sure it can connect with the box.
IR remotes are better, IMO, although if you hide your box behind the TV the beam may not bounce. Other brands use bluetooth.

Yeah I was thinking it's WIFI. Though the Roku only gets used for about 10 hours a year, the batteries still get massive usage just between the gap in a month when I just switch on to check for updates. The darn thing must still be doing something even when device not on. Shame as it's nice to have a tech device that isn't Apple, Google, Amazon or Microsoft.
I have tons of Fire sticks assume their remotes are WIFI too and those batteries never get changed.

JCloud, okay so now I'm embarrassed ... and want these!

FWIW, I booted up my old 2007 iMac which has Cloudready v89.4 installed on its internal SSD. No Netflix fix yet.
Rebooted to external drive with MacOS, installed official Google Chrome browser v91, and Netflix works. No error messages.
I think that may eliminate issues with hardware. Hopefully the Never-elves are stitching away on the next version of CROS ... maybe v91?
I can dream.
