The 1215B is not on the supported list, nor is it an Intel-based machine, but similarly specced as the lenovo x121e / x131e. CloudReady is running relatively OK on it, which is better than all the other ChromiumOS builds out there on the net (yeah, I don't know how to compile my own build). Graphics works most of the time, as does the mouse, keyboard, flash, and more importantly WIFI. Sleep / suspend seems to work, though I lost wifi connectivity once. I had some browser hangs (aw snaps), and graphics issues (xwindows crash? screen hangs or turns black, but able to toggle the console via ctrl-alt-F1), and have had to reboot a few times, so not quite stable enough to be a daily driver. Also, cpu runs hot (even after disabling hardware acceleration) so might be missing cpu / power mgmt.
But it's working, and usable (via usb stick at this point).
