    Hey Daniel,

I'm sorry to say I haven't heard of this issue.

How much RAM is in your system?

Are you running from USB or fully installed?

I am running my system with 15.8G of ram. (I know)

After some problems I figured out that cloudReady was never installed correctly and I managed to fix it. I think it's all better now.

    Hi,

I have the same issue. I use Cloudready in a Acer Travelmate 5740 with 6 GB of RAM.

A black screen suddenly comes after regular use. There's no way to return to regular use.

    Max,

It sounds like your issue is unrelated to the thread above. Though the symptom may be similar, the issue originally described here was a result of RAM management issues which we resolved around v53. Now, on v57 and going up to v59 soon, you shouldn't be having that kind of issue unless you're still on an older version of CloudReady and haven't updated.

    Thanks Forrest,

The version I use is: 57.0.2987.154 (64-bit), but I need to note that this problem is not repeated in the last hours of intense use.

if you're no longer seeing the issue occurring with regularity then I think we should cross our fingers that the issue you saw was mostly a one-time thing.

Also, if you do see it again, try disabling all your browser extensions as those can often cause crashes if they have bugs or issues.

HI Kshiitij - this thread is pretty old.

Can you provide a more specific description?

And next time the problem occurs, after it recovers, can you use alt+shift+i to send us logs with a reference to this thread?
