Dual Boot Legacy BIOS

Not all Windows installs have the same disk structure - many people have one or more extra partitions for separating data, etc/

In order to make sure we could dualboot with these different configurations, we added many partitions to the CloudReady image, which remain tiny "stubs" unless we need to allow pre-existing Windows to use them.

This ends up making the total number of partitions 27, which is too many for a legacy-version of Windows boot manager to recognize.
