I am quite new to CloudReady/Chromium OS. I recently purchased a new laptop and installed CloudReady on it. Everything seems to work (including WiFi), except for the audio.
Here are some specifics.:
Hardware Model: Traveltek Travelbook P14 14.1" Laptop, Intel Atom x5-Z8350
CloudReady Version: 63.3.41
If I check the system dmesg output in crosh, it complains about this:
"Audio Port: ASoC: no backend DAIs enabled for Audio Port"
It seems this hardware generation is fairly new (Cherry Trail) and that most Linux flavors don't have audio drivers for it. This seems to be the same case for CloudReady. My post is primarily to report the compatibility of CloudReady with this specific laptop model. Thanks in advance.
