    That message isn't one that CloudReady contains. If you're seeing that information, it means that the device itself, independent of CloudReady, has somehow been locked. As the message states, you'll need to contact whoever set the unlock code for this machine. 

    If you aren't sure who set that code, I recommend you contact the person or organization that you purchased this machine from, or the original manufacturer, for help.
