    Hi -

To clarify - no dualbooting is supported anymore. Windows 10's issues are just what spurred us to remove support for dualbooting altogether.

You can install CloudReady and then run Windows in a virtual machine if you want to using VirtualBox. Maybe that can work instead?

I understand, but I'm on Windows 8.1 and not 10. I really like CloudReady but no I'm helpless and I can't delete my personal files.

If you're on a laptop then you can't but if on a desktop you can buy a msata case and card 16/32GB and disconnect all other drives and install CR that way if you wish

Because the 63rd version of CloudReady supported dual boot with Windows operating system. By the way do you know any admin I can speak to which can provide me a download link to CloudReafy version 63? I really need the ISO.

No ISO File. ONLY .BIN File which is in a .ZIP FILE. If your laptop doesn't have UEFI then dual boot is not going to work. Forrest is the only person here I know of who can give a Link

    Hi M Ali,

Sorry - we're generally trying to avoid and discourage dualboot. I understand that you're interested, but our goal is to minimize the use of dualboot and the number of people out there working off an out-of-date CloudReady version.

Stop asking sir. What makes you think this will work? Yes there is a way to disable updates but who would want that? The Chrome Version isn't up to date on that build or even on CR in general as of yet. Having a lower version of Chrome is a bad idea in this time of the Internet World

You can go to Neverware's blog and download the most stable version that is supported dualboot in the past (https://www.neverware.com/blogcontent/2017/4/12/cloudready-home-edition-update-v563-available-on-the-stable-channel). After that, you can update Cloudready from this to the current version ( version 66.4). I already tried it and it ran very smootly.

    or follow my guide Here

    * Please note its not supported anymore @M ALI, but using my workaround might still work on the latest build, unless they have removed this to

@Forrest Smith - I like VirtualBox, I think it's great, however that being said, VirtualBox is not up to scratch, it doesn't yet support hardware pass-through, which means those of us with gaming laptops, wont be able to play those important windows games! if we cant dual boot windows, or pass our graphics card in to the Virtual Environment,

I hope you leave the --dualboot flag alone, you dont need to remove everything, its hidden away in the install and users only know about it if you tell them, like I have @M ALI
