So I just installed Cloudready on an old Thinkpad after loving the ChromeOS experience on my ASUS Chromebook. Everything works great out of the box so far, except for this small bug I seem to have run into with uninstalling a flatpak app.
When I go into shell and try to do sudo flatpak list, I get the following error message:
error: mkdir(/root/.local): Read-only file system
To confirm, I am seeing the standard chronos@localhost in green when I enter the command.
Entering sudo su to go into root mode seems to work ( prompt changes to red localhost ), but even then I am unable to run the command. The same error pops up.
I am able to run flatpak list without sudo, but when I try to do flatpak uninstall, I get permission denied.
This is a fresh install of Cloudready with no modifications done after install other than a few ChromeOS apps and flatpaks being installed.
Please advice on how to proceed. Thanks.
