Kiosk Mode not working - system does not receive Public Session info

    HI Daniele,

     

    Note that kiosk mode and public session mode are not available unless you are using Google's Device Management which has a separate cost and is only compatible with our paid EDU and Enterprise Editions.

    we do use device management with our Gsuite edu account, and I tried and used a lot of online guides, but still the kiosk mode does not work. Any idea?

    Hi Daniele,

     

    Did you enroll your CloudReady devices when you set them up? if not, you may have the licenses, but not actually be using them?

     

    Altogether, if you're using the paid Education Edition of CloudReady (which you have to be if you are using device management, since the Home Edition doesn't support it) then your best help might come from our support team

    Yes, devices are enrolled, and licenses are inuse for those. I will contact the support then. Thanks!
