    Hi Ed,

You can run "sudo reboot" from the cmd line if you want to reboot, but we're not planning on adding that functionality to the UI. It may seem like a small change, but unfortunately any difference we have from Chromebooks requires maintenance over time to prevent conflicts with Google's changes, so we never add changes that are not necessary.

The same goes for USB mouse / trackpad relationships - this is something that generally isn't necessary when touchpads are working right (palm rejection etc). Some devices have the options to disable touchpads via a keyboard shortcut, but aside from that I don't think there's much to be done.

Hmm Chromebooks don't have a restart option? I mean yes doing sudo reboot is fine but would it hurt to look into it? "Note not trying to add this functionality"

Chromebooks do not have a restart button or option - Google seems to believe this is best.

Since the inconvenience is relatively small, we don't have any plan to implement a new button of this kind - sorry!

All good. Too bad no reboot from the crosh prompt.

I can deal, may force me to replace the spinner with a SSD...

Yeah I would go for a 16/32GB mSata SSD. Works well since CLOUDREADY is a cloud OS Basically

In order for this to work you'll need a mSata Case which is found on eBay or Amazon
