    Hi Kevin,

You might want to try out v71.1 on our dev release channel to see if that improves the issue. If not, that feature may not be compatible with you graphics.

    Hi, Forrest!

Many thanks for the quick reply! And accurate answer yet! In fact, by changing the channel to developer and receiving v71, VirtualBox worked perfectly.

But I stopped at another stage, and I wondered if you could answer me here. But if I have to create another post, let me know.

Inside VirtualBox, when we created a VM and go to the configuration part of it, to select the image .ISO, clicking to search within the system files, the program takes me to folders I have never seen before! I tried as hard as I could, but there were so many folders and systemic files that I began to lose myself.

Is there a simpler way to find the .ISO image?

    Thank you again!

Unfortunately for still being in the developer channel, I just received v72 and this time VirtualBox does not open, I click on it and nothing happens.

    Hi Kelvin,

We've reproduced and fixed the issue with VBox not working on v72 - you should see an improvement in v72.2 next week when we ship it on the dev & beta channels.

As for your issue before with accessing folders: Flatpaks are showing you the hidden, underlying file system on CloudReady. You should be able to navigate to, or manually enter:

    /home/chronos/user/Downloads/

to reach your normal Downloads folder.

The "Downloads" folder is also hidden, so you may not see it, but if you type it in it will be available.
