I recently received a notice in CloudReady prompting me to install the 64-bit version (saying that the 32-bit version is inappropriate). However, the specs (at least on the Acer website https://www.acer.com/datasheets/2010/4876/532/LU.SAL0D.277.html) specify that the computer has 32-bit architecture. Does this just pertain to when Windows is installed, and it's actually capable of 64-bit? Or is the prompt from CloudReady wrong?
And even if it can accept the 64-bit version, apparently it takes more memory (http://www.linuxforums.org/forum/laptops-netbooks-minibooks/203439-32-bit-64-bit-acer-aspitre-one-netbook-2gb-ddr2.html) and this little netbook has none to spare), so would it be actually better to no install it?
Anyone here have any insight?
