I've got CloudReady v75.1.120 developer build running on a 2012 XPS 13. I hooked it up to 2 DisplayLink devices and when I did that I saw some notifications in the lower right of the screen (I can't remember what they were) and then the OS rebooted, continuously. I saw a boot loop of the BIOS screen, my grub boatloader, a quick splash of CloudReady and then the BIOS screen again.
I've attached just one DisplayLink screen, same behavior. I've attached the other, same behavior. One DisplayLink screen is about 4 years newer but there's no difference in how CloudReady reacts to the connected screen model.
I have a colleague who has a genuine Chromebook (some HP model, bought a few months ago) and the exact same DisplayLink screens work like a charm on is genuine Chromebook.
I've read on the DisplayLink site that their stuff is supported since R55 (june 2016). I've also found that sometimes support for DisplayLink will break (in v64) but is fixed later on (in v66).
Can anyone shed some light/experience on my recent experience?
