    Hi Kaushik,

    I think you may have stumbled into two pieces of bad luck.

     

    As you might see reviewing this thread RTL8188 chipsets are not well-supported, nor are they manufactured with only one technology. It's possible your RTL8188EU wifi is entirely unsupported by the Linux kernel, or at least by CloudReady. I'd suggest you try Ubuntu to see if it is recognized there.

     

    For  the RTL8723BE chip, I think the only way to improve it is to follow the kinds of instructions discussed in this thread - I know you mentioned that you'd already tried some steps, but I'd recommend you disable verity and then carefully try again.

     

    One final thing to try is updating to v75.1 on our beta/dev channel to see if either wifi chip is better supported on that newer kernel (though it is an unstable release still, so there could be other instabilities or issues there).
