Cloudready V80.3.5 runs so well on my laptops that I deviiated from my normmal approach of running non-stable from usb3-ssd and decided to switch my laptops to beta so I could enjoy the benefits. (debian 10, files/gdrive working, crostini running RStudio without going through hoops etc.).
I am generally very pleased, and the dell e7240 with intel on-board gpu works perfectly. My Lenovo z50-70 with its onboard intel gpu and an nvidia card gives the occasional problem with graphics leading to the session crashing.
1. Libreoffice flatpak in cloudready and libreoffice appimaage inside corstini have started crashing..
2. Freeciv (civilization) has started crashing. This app has always been solid as a rock.
I suspect it is somewhere in the mesa/opengl side that things go wrong. I ran glxinfo but I cannot really say much about its output (which I do not understand).
Does anybody else have the same problems?
Are the ways to force the laptop to use the in-built intel graphics, rather than the nvidia card?
The additional information reads "/opt/google/chrome/chrome --use-gl=egl --gpu-sandbox-failures-fatal=no --enable-logging --log-level=1 --use-cras --enable-wayland-server --user-data-dir=/home/chronos --enable-" could the logs be inspected or the command even be changed to ignore the nvidia?
