Did you install Chrome OS or CloudReady?

My laptop's built-in keyboard or mouse and touchscreen randomly stop working. Restarting my laptop will fix this issue.
The problem is, that i need this laptop for my school tests and school works. My keyboard and mouse + touchscreen never stops working at same time, but randomly either keyboard or my mouse and touchscreen stops working, this happens sometimes 15 minutes after startup or sometimes after an hour.
Week ago this didn't happen so frequently but now it got worse. As far as I've noticed, this doesn't happen at every startup.

Anyone got a solution for this?

Alright so I fixed that afterwards and it actually switched back to windows. So my solution is that I have to download windows 10 start up on a usb and install it with holding the power button and the volume down button for two seconds and let go. Then everything comes back to normal. If you want to have a keyboard or mouse with cloudready, the only thing that I can do is to plug in another one. Hope this fixed your problems. (◐‿◑)

Mariela Haley, 1. What is the make and exact model of your device? "My laptop's" does not give a clue to the year and type of device. Please remember that there are a multitude of devices using CloudReady.

    2. Have you looked at your BIOS to check the settings?
