why is there no playstore on a USB downloaded chrome OS?

CR doesn't support playstore, never has.

okey dokey, and i am not able to hear voice from my laptop's speakers when i run any video on the chrome OS but they work fine on windows, why is that so?

although my headphones are working fine when i connect them to the port, on both windows and chrome OS
