Lanix Neuron PAD keyboard and touchpad not working.

I have a Lanix Neuron PAD 2 in 1, with 5 pin magnetic docking keyboard. You have the CloudReady 92.3.4 installed and the keyboard and touchpad are not working.
Does anyone know the reason?
