Drive won't sincronize
Hello to all. I installed the system on SSD, it works great, except that Gdrive does not sync. I work normally on File (I see the Gdrive folders, I can work on them etc), but the work goes back to the notebook ... there is no way to synchronize! I have to do everything manually through the browser. I also tried to reinstall the system, but maybe there is something left in memory, because it has not asked me for any authorization regarding Gdrive and still nothing works. Can you help me?

Francesco, 1. What is the make and exact model of your device?
2. Have you looked at the BIOS?
Here are links that may help.

The second link was for the Chromebook.ie Chrome OS. My idea is to point you to Support.Google.com to find out more about your issue.
As far as the BIOS, that was to make sure your new SSD was working as expected, I recently installed an SSD, and the first screen that came up let me access my BIOS. I was surprised how the BIOS had changed with newer devices.
Here is ASUS instructions on accessing the BIOS

Hi Francesco, your Google Drive sync issue sound very similar to the one described here:
According to Neverware staff: "This sounds like a synching problem between Google Drive and the device. It may be worthwhile to give it some time to synchronize. We are investigating some ways to make synching with GDrive more consistent on CloudReady as well."
Perhaps the best workaround for now is indeed to just do everything manually through the browser until Neverware patches this in a future release.
Hi Ilya G Forrest Smith, another case of Google Drive sync issues, FYI.

I had the same exact issue took me like 10 minutes to sync a file. I also moved a file to another folder & it's not showing up. So I opened the browser google drive & moved the file in the browser google drive. I open google drive on the files app & it doesn't show that I moved the file. While in the browser it did.
So eh yeah there is horrible syncing issues that wheren't here before in other versions. Hopefully this gets fixed or at least improved I suppose.
Edit: discovered turning off google drive in settings & then reenabling it will refresh the google drive in the files app with changes you have done in the browser.
