    Ulrike2022, It sounds like you are using either the educational or enterprise version (you made the request to the home version forum).

    I suggest that you direct the request to Tech Support for Paid Users.

    Ulrike2022, So are all of your machines, CloudReady Home edition? If so, we don't have any leverage to make hardware requests.

    Ulrike2022, even if you are not using the paid format, I would try writing Neverware. You have a specific request. Include the word "please" in your email. Ilya G please take note of the request.
