Hello Gamal M, The Asus T100 is a normal laptop, so you should be able to get to your BIOS by rapidly pressing the F2 key immediately after powering on your device.
The BIOS is a device specific element that precedes any CloudReady or other OS loading processes. If you cannot get into your BIOS for any reason, you would need to contact Asus for support.
Since you are already running CloudReady (assuming on the stable channel), it is worth noting that Chrome OS Flex is currently expected to be unstable, and should not be installed for day-to-day use. Your CloudReady installation will automatically update to ChromeOS Flex when it gets a stable release.
